Localizing a Blog Across 5 Languages
Mar 4, 2025
SaaS
A SaaS product with teams across Europe and LATAM had a blog — but only in English. They wanted to expand fast into five languages, but were stuck between poor translations and rewriting everything from scratch.
What I did
I stepped in to help them build a localization-ready content system. First, I standardized their blog structure and cleaned up the source content: consistent intros, CTAs, and editorial rhythm. Then I collaborated with translators and editors to adapt the tone — not just translate it.
We used Notion to build a localization dashboard and Framer CMS to organize per-language collections. Each team had their own lane, but the voice stayed consistent.
Results
They launched all five versions in under 3 months. Local teams could finally publish without waiting for HQ, and user engagement in non-English markets went up by 42%.
