BACKGROUND
At just 16, Harshal began his entrepreneurial journey as a Dexterity Fellow, mentored by Sharad Sagar, a 2024 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. He went on to found CLIAZAX, an Earth-Space Colony Venture, which earned acclaim at the Braun Prize, the world’s oldest design competition, and was recognized by the Honarary Padma Vibhushan, Indian Industralist Mr. Ratan Tata.
From over 147,000 global applicants, Harshal was selected as CEO for One Month at Adecco (a Fortune 500 company), where he led a team of 65 developers and contributed to a venture valued at $50–60 million.
